Every time i open Taskmanager my mouse starts to freak out and my pc starts lagging hard to the point it freezes for 6 seconds. What is causing this?

Every time task manager started, it will use a lot of CPU to check all the programs/services that are open.

So it is possible that your CPU can't handle that much processing at the same time.

What is your CPU?
