How to set CPU frequency to max when plugged in

Okay so hear me out, My laptop was perfect and as I intended to lock to CPU frequency to max when plugged in and it worked perfectly until one day when I by mistake restored the power settings. Could someone please help me lock the CPU frequency to max when plugged in as otherwise my games are also lagging. My current Processor performance is this but it still doesn't work.

you might be able to do it in the bios, but if its a laptop, it might not overclock
