NVidia G Sync Problems

My computer has had its frames capped at 138 recently when in the past it has been capped at 144. My monitor is also rated for 144. This only happens when I have g sync activated though, has anybody had any experience with this issue or has a potential fix for it. It really isn't that big of a deal, it just bothers me a little bit since it doesn't match the monitor refresh rate. Thanks in advance

My suspicion is there’s some slider in some app you jiggled a bit so it’s not quite on max even though it looks like it is.
