why windows still doesn't have private dns feature?

android has it since almost 3 years when android 10 launched but even in windows 11 we don't have it yet

Well, you can change your DNS address to a private / secure one, or do this on your router, so all devices in your network goes through that DNS

well, it's not just about a dns address. I have custom settings like blocking adult content and ads so it requires their software that is tied with account. it's more like a vpn tbh but i would be glad if it can work without extra software.
