B450M AORUS ELITE Q-Flash not working / SSD Detected but isn't recognized as bootable

Try the windows installation media. The update probably wiped the MBR and you'll have to create a new one. This is my best guess at this time. 

My friend was updating his BIOS and when he updated from F4 to F61 Q-Flash decided to die and doesn't work anymore.
The BIOS stopped recognizing his ssd as bootable.
His PC specs:
Ryzen 5 3500X
16gb ddr4 3200mhz
RX 6600 XT OC Gigabyte

motherboard is revision 1

RM750 Corsair 80+ Gold

my friend is making a bootable usb drive with his phone and since the app he is using only supports linux he will install Pop!_OS and then install windows with balena etcher he will install tmr since here it's 12AM (WET timezone)
