Constant crashes

Playing warzone game starts crashing sometimes it tells me it’s my ram it’s not I have 16gb and it never uses more than 11 gb sometimes I restart and the game is not detected. Tabs crash too

What do you mean it tells you?  It's not an issue with RAM capacity, but the health of the DIMMs themself could be bad.  Try reseating them, maybe there's some static buildup or something.
