Do you have TPM enabled?

TPM stands for trusted platform module and is a safety feature of your CPU I think. Win 11 requires it to be enabled in bios.
Found this article on the windows website explaining how to do so (last paragraph)

You can download the Health app from Microsoft, it tells you exactly what you need to be able to install Windows 11. 

 

But your motherboard most likely have a new Windows 11 ready BIOS you can upgrade to. It will have all the correct settings in the BIOS enabled by default for Windows 11.

Basically you need to enable UEFI BIOS, and then Secure Boot and TPM. These are the requirements.
