I think you are overspending on some components.
Unless you want to overclock there is no need for a X570 chipset. Go with a B550 instead.
The ASRock B550 Phantom gaming seems like a good budget option.

The cooler also seems a little pricey to me.
Take a look at the bequiet! Pure Rock 2. It is suitable for up to a TDP of 150W and comes in much cheaper.

plenty good. Check if the case comes with fans so you can save $30 on fans unless you really want those ones.
Everything is good in your build though.

EDIT:
Check about the motherboard firmware.
If you get it at like micro center, they might be able to update your firmware for you or you'd have to do it yourself.
perhaps, but it could  have the right firmware, it's unknown.
