Consistant tearing??

Hi guys, i get this unsmooth sort of constant tearing while playing games. At the moment this picture was taken, I was walking around this wall while trying to keep my crosshair at the same spot (just because this seem to be where this problem is most visible). I run at 144hz but with all this jagged shit it feels like playing at 60hz. I have tried a lot of things without success.  Has any one a clue to what this can be?

 

Specs are: 

Monitor - BenQ XL2430T

GPU - MSI TRX 3060 GAMING Z

CPU - i5 10600k

RAM - 2x8 GB Corsair
