Auto Follow Feature

Hey Guys,

 

I would like to see a setting to where we can automatically follow each topic we post or reply in for a set amount of time. This would reduce the amount of times people forget to quote or tag users without absolutely blowing up people's notifications.

 

The setting I would use would probably be "automatically follow post for 12 hours" on reply.

 

Let me know what you guys think.

You can turn on auto follow, not for a set time but that's not really an issue since most threads die quickly anyway. I do have it turned on. 

 

Account Settings -> Notification settings -> Followed Content -> Automatically Follow content I reply to

Bit hidden but it's there
