It doesn't  matter how you set your loop.

 

Just make sure that you have your reservoir going directly to the pump. To make sure to limit air getting into the pump (that's bad for it)

The liquid temps there might be a bit cooler than the rest of the loops, but it doesn't really matter in what order the components of a loop go so long as the reservoir goes to the pump and it is above it. This saves pumps from running dry causing a possible failure,

okay but will the water stay cool when it goes thru the res and pump?

The water temp will stay the same through the whole loop. The water temp will stabilise through the loop.
