Explanation:

CPU 12400 instead of 12400F, sometimes an iGPU could be a lifesaver if your GPU is broken or error.

CPU cooler, maybe you could stick with your current selection, ARGB or non-RGB, your choice. New CPU coolers came with thermal paste pre-applied, you don't need to buy thermal paste for your first build.

Motherboard, the ROG motherboard is only for people who have huge budget, otherwise it is a waste of money, a standard one with all the necessary features needed by most people is a better choice.

RAM, you don't need need 32gb for gaming, 16gb is plenty.

SSD, a great value SSD, could not find reviews for your selected SSD.

Better GPU, budget reallocated from mobo and OS.

Cheaper case, or stick with your current selection, your choice.

Better rated PSU according to this list.

You don't need to buy windows 10 key/cd from a retailer, get cheap ones or just don't activate at all.
