Radeon Driver Turns on Instant Game Responce on full screen Images [telegram], videos etc

Hello,

This is extremely annoying, i get a 2 second flicker when i open any image on telegram and then when i close it same thing happens, it turns on Instant Game response and then turns it off.

If i disable this feature from TV settings, for some reason it limits my GPU to HDMI 2.0 speeds like 60hz at 4K and only 8bit [this is separate option in TV settings named Ultra HD deep color and i keep it ON, no idea why with Radeon it doesn't work]

The TV is LG C9, GPU is rx6700

Back on 3090 everything was fine, Instant game response would pop up once when you boot the PC and stay on
