PC running 1 fps after a factory reset.

Hi, i was laging alot when i was playing valorant never had this problem before. I started getting lag spikes alot dropped from 144 to 50 i capped it at 60 fps but i still got lag spikes, so then i did a reset of my computer. When i was done i downloaded valorant and then 1 fps. I checked task manager and it said that 33% was used on RAM, 9 % on gpu and somthing like 15 on CPU my m2 disk was on 40 %. Do you guys know what the problem can be?

If you have a dedicated graphics card, did you install the latest drivers from Nvidia or AMD?

Specs

CPU: Intel core i7-5820k

GPU: ZOTAC geforce gtx 1070 ti AMP

RAM: HyperX Predator DDR4 3000MHz 16GB

SSD: WD BLACK SN750 M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB

SSD: Crucial MX100 SSD 256GB 2,5" 7mm this is the boot drive.

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5"

PSU: kinda unsure right now will check soon If you want to know.

motherbord: MSI X99S SLI PLUS

Yea idid nothing changed. I was thinking that was the problem but yea:/

When i woke up today i downloded all Windows uppdate its not as bad but its still bad its drop from 40 to 5 fps now.
