3080 Ti EGPU

Hi all, would a nvidia geforce rtx 3080 ti (the one by nvidia) work with a Razer Core X? Its just the whole wattage thing is really confusing! Many thanks, Jared

I assume you already have the Razer Core X? 

 

Regardless, the TDP for RTX 3080 Ti is around 350W, so yes it should be supported. Because the internal PSU for the Core X is 650w. 

Here's a reddit thread of someone using it. 

 

However, the dimensions of the GPU might not, I have not researched the internal dimensions, but some RTX 3080 Ti cards are bigger than RTX 2080 Ti, so might have to check that too.
