Pc only posts after reseating the cpu

Ok so I have this 8 months old pc that started having a weird issue from some weeks ago...

 

It crashes, but if I turn off the pc holding the power button, I need to reseat the cpu for it to post again, but if I pull the cable or push the O button on the psu, I don't need to reseat and it will post just fine. The psu is working properly cus I tested it on another pc

 

Cpu: Intel Xeon E5-2620v3

Motherboard: Kllisre X99 B5 v1.1 (Black Version)

 I didn't find people with the same issue using this mobo or this cpu, so I might be the first

 

Help me pls (I attached a picture of the socket's pins

just did the windows memory test from windows 7, it said no errors were detected
