Budget (including currency): ~$1000 or so. What ever will give me a good experience

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Server for Ark, Arma 3,

Other details:This is going to be my secondary computer within the case I am going to build in my Corsair 1000D.  I probably won't have over 10 people on my discord who play these games at the same time. I want to build it with the new GPU's and CPU's coming out later this year and maybe in the beginning of next year.

 

Where should I focus the money on?
