Java Virtual Machine Error doesn't seem to be fixable?

I've been getting this error for months now. I did all that I could to try and fix it, from uninstalling Java then reinstalling it, using Environmental variables for "JAVA_HOME" and "_JAVA_OPTIONS", and it is installed properly. Now it even brings up the error prompt whenever I try to reinstall it with the latest updated version. I don't understand what is wrong and don't wanna have to factory reset my pc just to do some Minecraft VR...
