Asus Aura reverting settings after sleep wake

Hi,

 

So I have been reading and know this is an issue, but mine seems to be reverse. 

 

I would mine at night with my 3090 but I am wanting to put my computer to sleep now and it's proving to be difficult. I set ASUS AURA inside my x470 PRIME asus mobo to "OFF" for LED's when computer is in soft states. But for some reason, after one time in sleep and waking up, its reverting this setting in BIOS back to "ON." I am not sure what the heck is going on, I have to keep changing the setting in my BIOS.

 

Add RGB they said, it will be fun they said.
