A1 is no graphics output (no GPU detected and no onboard graphics) I think.

0D might be RAM related.

Remove and reseat the graphics card. Check all power connections for the graphics card.

Clear CMOS

Remove and reseat the RAM ensuring it's in the correct slots if you have only two modules. Try with only one RAM module at a time.

In the future please make your thread title descriptive of the problem so people with knowledge will notice it, we get a dozen threads just titled something like "help please" per week. Also please try to write in complete sentences with proper punctuation so people have an easier time understanding you, it will make it easier to help you.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Tried running 1 stick of RAM? Tried every RAM slot?

Also found someone with the same issue on a similar setup, for them it was a dead motherboard. You should do some more troubleshooting first, but I thought I'd just mention it. Also in that topic someone said it worked to disconnect the monitor for 30 seconds, and then plug it in.

I found my pc speaker, restarted the computer, and I get 1 long beep, 2 short beeps?

One long and two short is a display problem. See my comments about the GPU above.

And by the way thank you for helping!!! If it is a GPU  problem, what do I do, this a brand new card 6900xt ?

Use the quote function so people know you replied to them.

Did you do any of the troubleshooting steps for the GPU I suggested above yet?

Try other slots, might be a dead memory channel
