Corrupt driver causing BSOD error code: 0x000000c4

Go to solution Solved by deathly1,

The solution to this issue was quite complicated but in the end I got it. So what I had to do was unplug my keyboard and go delete said driver in the system32 files. The I also had to go delete it and device manager, after that, the problem was fixed. No more blue screens!

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Ram: 32gb G.SKILL 3200mhz DDR4

Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PLUS (WiFi)

PSU: 700w EVGA 80+ GOLD

GPU: AMD RX 6600

Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow

Mouse: Razer Deathadder v2 special edition

So, I have figured out what is causing the BSOD to throw within the driver verifier but I have absolutely no clue how to fix it. It is the horrible keyboard causing said BSOD.

I have reset my pc, uninstalled via Device Manager and have reinstalled synapse. Is there anyway to fix this to where I can actually play games like Osu! again?

With much regards, Deathly.

ntoskrnl, seems weird that the driver fricks up the core kernel, Reformat the PC, do not reset from windows settings just fresh format but youll lose all the data so backup!, try an older driver and if that does not help contact Razer support.

Hello! What do you mean by fresh format?

EDIT: Also, I think it messed with the kernel because of the verifier application seeing as it is a built in system command.

Make Bootable Windows 1o or if you prefer, 11 USB Stick and delete all HDD/SSD Partitions till its unallocated space, then reinstall and enjoy your fresh copy of Windows 10/11
