should I stick with the other cpu cooler

The pure rock coolers have historically been pretty overpriced relative to the cooling performance. I recommend either sticking with the eSports or even just the Intel stock cooler to save some money.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

is the Be Quiet! Pure Rock 150W TDP CPU Cooler good for this build https://at.pcpartpicker.com/list/6qM2W4 or should I stick with the other cpu cooler

it is certanly enough to cool that cpu, as is the other one you have in pcpartpicker, personally i would go for the arctic freezer, as it is a bit nicer looking (in my opinion) and has 2 fans, so it might not be as loud with the same airflow. dont think the Be Quiet! is worth just saving 10 bucks or whatever, if it was alot cheaper maybe. but as both are more than enough to cool that cpu i think you should go with the one that looks best
