Other details: I'm planning on playing games like valorant at 1440p 240hz and some non competitive games on my 4k tv. i already have a Ryzen 7 5800x and rtx 3070. I don't see any problems with that system. I probably wouldn't have bought the 5800X or 3070 in this market (not that they're bad, there's just better options in their particular price categories), but assuming those parts aren't adjustable that would be the system I'd end up building, maybe swapping the SSD for a 970 Evo Plus for $10 more, but that's about it.
