Budget (including currency): 1200€-1500€

Country: Europe (Slovenija)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  State of decay 2, Company of heroes 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Anno 1800, Civilization 6, Witcher 3, Mount and blade bannerlord, Minecraft ...

Other details : I am doing a completely new build for my new pc, i did some part picking myself but i have no experience as my previous PC was a pre built. So i need someone to check my build and any corrections and feedback are welcome.

 

This is what i pickt.

If the i5-12400F is less expensive it would be a good choice.

 

Other than the motherboard, it's a decent build. The motherboard is ok, but something like the MSI Pro B660-A DDR4 would be much better.

 

You could save a bit with a less expensive NVMe drive. Pretty much any drive is going to offer decent performance in gaming.

 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Pretty good selection of components. 

 

The MSI Pro B660-A motherboard is the best B660 mobo, see if that fits within your budget. 

 

The NZXT H510 has a lot of criticism for poor airflow. I would get something like a corsair 4000D airflow.

Very roughly if both are SSD, NVMe drive is at least five times faster. In real terms most gaming titles load 2 - 3 seconds faster from NVMe drive. 

 

SATA SSD and low-end NVMe drives have similar pricing.
