So I have no idea how this happened, but this screen comes up when I open up my laptop. I have done nothing before hand. I have already tried doing a recovery, it does not work and I am out of ideas. Is there anyway for this to be resolved without doing a clean install?

Acer Aspire S7-392 is the model of the laptop.

I would say pop in a boot disc/USB and repair the MBR.

But I am not completely sure that it will work. At the very least, I don't think it will break anything.

Give me a minute and I'll list what I have done.

I have done these commands

Bootrec /fixmbr

Bootrec /fixboot

Bootrec /scanos

Bootrec /rebuildbcd

and also tried doing an automatic repair with no success. I don't have a win 8 ISO but I do have the recovery tool that I can boot into.

Oh really? Google? Why didn't I think of that...

worked form

But I don't want to do a clean install of win8 because there are important documents on there.

Not even violates CoC since it goes close under it being lmgtfy
