Right now I use a 2018 HP laptop with a Pentium processor and my Samsung Note 20 for everything. My laptop cannot keep up anymore so I decided I would look to build a computer.

As far as graphics go, On Genshin I'd like to play on low to medium settings, 1080p will work fine. For Roblox I'd like to play on medium to high settings (This can change due to the varying demands of the games on Roblox).

I am fine with buying a used graphics card.

Pretty sure included stock cooler is enough for the i3. Save the $15 and save it towards your GPU.

Try and go for a 1660S. Shouldn't cost that much more and it'll get you more valuable frames. Also have a look out for other cards like the Vega 56 or 64. They'll get you far more FPS and I've often seen used ones sell at a similar price to 1660 cards.

The delay on cheap Bluetooth mice and keyboards will drive you mad. Instead just get something wired until you can afford proper wireless gear. Stick with something indestructible and trusted.
