It's a nice set up for a decent price. The heatsink performs well and noctua's are super quiet. Can't go wrong with it  ^_^

Corsair 400R, i7 3770K @ 4.5GHz 16GB, Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard, 240GB Samsung 840 Evo Sata III SSD, 2 x Asus GTX 780 Direct CU2 SLI, Corsair H100i and Corsair AX860i Platinum Power supply.

The  Enermax TS-T40 is a great option besides the Hyper 212 EVO. Phanteks PH-TC12DX is a great option besides the NH-U12P. Choose whichever is within your budget. The Noctua and Phantek will perform considerably better than the other cheaper 2 heatsinks.

I have a fx-8350 and I want to overclock it I was thinking to buy hyper 212 evo or a noctua nh-u 12p. Are these ok or should I buy another? If you can suggest another it would be nice for it to be around the same pricepoint.

theres a reason a whole butt ton of people on this forum have that configuration.

dont bother with a balls to the walls overclock, go for 4.2-4.4ghz with as little voltage as possible and get going, im still rocking a phenom and kicking ass so if an fx8 with a speed bump holds you back then you should probably be looking as haswell-e, if not then dont worry about "should my fan be in push or pull", "how do these fans compare", "how much can i OC to?" like we see a billion times. just bump the multi, stress test, game...
