My Fathers PC is currently not working. While we troubleshoot his problem, can we plug in his drives (sata SSD, HDD)  into my PC and can he boot off his original drives so he won't need to reinstall/configure any of his applications?
Would I risk any data loss for my drives? (1 M.2, 2 sata SSDs in raid)

Yes you can try. However if find blue screens/instability a reinstall is recommended

No. To be sure disconnect your drives.
