Yes. Fans are needed for just about every PC build

If it's the RGB edition , it looks like it includes 3 RGB fans in the front, and 1 at the back, so really you could get away with just those.  If it is not the RGB version, it looks like it only come with the 1 rear fan, so I would add 3 to the front at least
