Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Upgrading from an i7 4700k and a gtx 970. This is from CLX and they offer financing, i figured i would give it a go

Is this a pre-built? 2.2k for a 3060ti is kinda rough

Yeah that's what i was thinking should i downgrade the cpu and opt for a 3080?

The most ideal thing would be If you want, building It yourself. You have a way better control of the parts in your list and is usually cheaper. Second slightly less ideal option would be that if you have any SI in your area that could assemble the pc for a decent price.
