Synology Slow af

Hey there!

so I installed a synology 1821+ At work. Added 4 more ram an sad and a 10gb network.
through the microtik switch all I get is 40mb/s transfers.
does anybody know what to do?

you can even hap on and check everything if you want.

What are you transferring? Lots of small files will not be anywhere as fast as a few large files.
