Cheap GPU for 200w system

I have budget of about 200usd. I have a Dell Inspiron sff desktop with i3 9th gen. I want to get a GPU because I can't run games on Intel igpu. It crashes. What should I get?

Also I have only a 200w psu in the prebuilt pc.

I have been looking at the prices for a year. Now as they have reduced a bit, I want to get a GPU. Also there is no scope for used hardware in my country.

gt 1030, 1050 ti or 1650 maybe also the intel gpu's but i dont think they are even out yet

Then a gtx 1650 LP (Low profile EXTREMELY important here otherwise it wont fit) is th best you can do
