Upgrade build, BSOD and multiple crashes

Hello, Im thinking about upgrading my PC as i keep getting BSOD for multiple errors such as memory management errors and kernel power and kernel security errors. Im so sick and tired of these errors when playing and doing school work. i can barely play games for longer than 30 minutes at this point because either ill get a BSOD or the pc will shut off without sound or warning. Ill have to turn the PSU off and then wait a couple seconds to turn it on with the switch and then the PC will turn on again. A while ago I had a different PSU blow up on me and popped while i was playing. I then swapped it for the corsair PSU seen below and ever since ive had problems. Id like to simply upgrade whats needed in order to play games. I dont think its the GPU but i think its due for an upgrade since it runs at around 90-100% when i play games. I also use 2 monitors, 1 ultra wide and 1 27 inch all at 1080p and dont have plans to go to 4k. I used to be able to play VR as well but i dont plan on playing it for a while. If anyone can help me decide id really appreciate it. My assumption is to get a new CPU and Ram and then put it all in a new case and wipe everything to get a clean start but if i can still use the same parts i have then id love to save money. Id just like to play games again.
