Normal for gpu temp?

For the GPU? That's not a simple task. If you want to lower temps, you want to look at your case airflow.

Based on your earlier post, your GPU is an RTX 3060 and your CPU is a Ryzen 7 5700x. 

 

Why don't you post a full list of specs.

You can get aftermarket GPU heatsink arrays yes, something like this https://www.raijintek.com/en/products_detail.php?ProductID=46 would dramatically slash GPU core temps but installing it is a pain, and you'd need to check compatibility first, might even need a case upgrade to fit if there is room issues. An AIO is also an option with the right mounting bracket and AIO.

First thing to understand is that the temps you listed in your original post are not a cause for concern at all. 

 

The GPU temps, based on your apparent knowledge level, is not going to be solved by that aftermarket cooler @Lord Nicollposted. Improving case airflow would be your best bet but unfortunately that case you have is not great... in fact its terrible. I can't find anywhere from those pictures where those front fans are actually able to take in fresh air behind that glass panel. 

 

The CPU could potentially be improved by a $35 CPU cooler such as a DeepCool AK400 but again, Ryzen 5000 is safe until you start to see 90c.

If your talking about the front panel it has a space at the top for air to go in

cpu temps are around 70-73
