Looks good. The case is a bit expensive compared with other options, and a 1080p 144Hz monitor is pretty low end for a 3070. I'd want 1440p 144Hz at least.

Case and power supplies are both much more expensive than they should be in a $2000 build. DDR5 doesn't have any real gain over DDR4, as with the 12700k over the 12600k for gaming. Savings either allows you to step up to a 3080, or a 3070ti and a better monitor.
