Weird problem with LMG Clips

Hi, 

I have a very rare problem with LMG Clips channel, i have a slutter every few seconds on the last videos clips.

I've tried a lot of other channel without any problem, including complete video from where lmg clips came, and i don't have the problem with old clips...

 

I attached a gif..not easy to see cause the framerate is slower, but you might see the slutter.

 

Am i the only one with this problem? did something change in last lmg clips video? 

 

It remind me of traveling scene on my old TV when the framerate of the TV was not matching the framerate of the source.

Did all the affected clips come from the same episode of WAN Show? If you watch the VOD recording of the entire episode, does it have the same problem?

 

My guess is that they make a local recording while the show is being streamed, and something went wrong with that record process last week.

I'd better watch the clothing they are wearing and not the way they are moving their arms next time xD
