To isolate if this is a machine wide issue or just your account can you create a second account on the machine and log into that.

If running professional edition or anything apart from home you should be able to run lusrmgr.msc to add a new user.

If not open an elevated command prompt (as administrator) and run:

net user /add [*username] [password]

If you want that account to be an administrator also run this command:

net localgroup administrators [username] /add

Hi, I tried, and it still doesn't work on other accounts as well.

I dont have the activate windows mark on my user so im pretty sure i do, also it didnt  let me use stuff at the start because it said that i need to activate windows but then it did let me do it.

If the issue is persisting across new user accounts in addition to yours, sfc and dism failed to find any problem my recommendation as it is likely the fastest solution would be to reset your pc.

yea i think thats the fastest option, its a shame bacause i just formated it two days ago xD
