F1 is the help button in nearly every apps... Why are you even pressing it?

That said, there isn't a native way for Chrome as far as I know. Either switch browser or remap F1 to something else entirely, which will remap it for EVERYTHING not just the browser.

I suggest Vivaldi, you can delete the F1 help key in the settings.

This is actually helpful, how i didn't think of vivaldi in the first place is beyond me. Thanks !
