strange audio issues

Ok so first off i use a jack extendor so yesterday something happened and the sound went bad, it played parts of the sound (i.e if im listening to a song the background nouise) but not the lyrics. so to fix this i have to rest the jack in a very specific place in the extendor,

 

2nd issue if i plug the headphones straight into the pc it work but when i push on the front of the case it cuts out but then i realod the page (If its youtube) and its fine again, what is this
