Looks good, already very overkill for playing terraria.

Only concern I have is the cooler. I've used that same model on my R5 3600 and in games it'd reach ~83 C with ambient temp around 27 C.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

$11 overbudget, mostly because it seems like wifi is a requirement for you and wifi is an extra $70+ cost, in either more expensive motherboards or wifi cards. I woudn't make myself suffer through a USB wifi receiver. Just makes everything in life worse, trust me:

If I were you I'd rather downgrade to a cheaper motherboard with no wifi, get a higher clocked 6800XT and buy yourself and ethernet cable and run it from you router to PC. You'll get a faster machine, more stable connection in games and it'll even be cheaper that wifi.
