New 3080 not displaying/outputting??

Just had my new (ex display) MSI 3080 Z trio arrive, plugged it all in and the lights come on, fans come on, but I'm not getting anything out of the card. Tried all of the outputs but there's just nothing.

 

Tried updating motherboard (x370 gaming pro carbon) bios but it can't see the media so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not.

 

Old GPU still works fine.. anyone have any ideas to help?! If not I'm assuming maybe it's just broke..

You did update the BIOS with the old GPU installed?

 

Brand and model PSU?

I didn't, I tried but it just has an error saying it can't see the media. Tried a few different USB sticks, it's 100% the correct file, not sure on this one either.
