Are you trying to improve cpu performance or are you trying to save power?

If improving cpu performance overclock with 1.35-1.4v (4.5-4.7g depending on cpu and volt)

If saving power static 1.1-1.2v freq, test 1, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3v settings for max cpu clock to determine your cpus efficiency peak (voltage : freq), ex 4.3g 1.34v vs 3g 1.2v, 4.3g > 3g efficiency wise due to voltage : freq ratio

I'm trying to keep it at a decent clock speed, whilst keeping power low

Follow the second one and post results here

Ram overclock will also help get extra performance out of both cpu and gpu but only worth it if you have a decent ic or settings you can copy
