12400f is about the same perfromance as the 5600x for cheaper.

Most cheap aftermarket cooler will be fine since the cpu dosent run that hot.

Cheap but good mobo

Cheapest kit of 16gb 3200 ram

Better card them the 2060. If your content with spending the whole budget I'd upgrade the gpu.

A good case that's currently on sale.

A 750 watt for the same price as the 650
