Lately I am facing with really irritating problem...audio cracing on my laptop. I tried to reinstall windows 2 times I think...updated all drivers but sometimes I hear audio cracking from my speakers.

Does it crackle when you use headphones instead? To rule out a flakey cable.

Sounds like it could be a faulty driver assuming when you reinstalled Windows you used the same version when installing.

It may be worth looking for a previous version for your audio device

Could be a dirty port. I'd try spraying out with some CRC cleaner and maybe swabbing with a qtip.
Alternatively it could be something like the port losing connection from the mobo. Is it wiggly when you have the jack in? If so, USB DACs aren't too pricey and have solved my audio nonsense

Go to Device Manager > Sound Video and Game Controllers

find your audio device in question (ex: Realtek High Definition Audio) > right click and uninstall device

Then at top of program click Action > scan for hardware changes.

If it still crackles, uninstall the driver as mentioned. Try to get one that is on your laptops driver support page.
