How do you know the video card is not the problem?

The gpu was working on diffrent PC. The problem was found to be in the motherboard

I got this problem again with my pc not turning on.

it gives the red light vga indicator, every thing seems to be working except signal to the screen. the Video card is not the problem. I wonder if one of the connectors are the problem? I have re plugged every cable that has to do with gpu but sill not working.

Can you please specify the following.

Monitor make / model (what do you mean Red light VGA indicator)

Graphics Card Make / Model

Are there any kinks or external damage on the VGA cable?
