Errors/problems

rtx 3080 only boots some times every 2-3 restarts.

but here is the thing the 3080 boots perfectly fine in my testbench boots all the time no issues.

so its only have issues in this system......

The 3090 and 6900xt boots fine everytime

It is the BIOS release of the video card, you would need to upgrade it from your test bench.

Also you may find a solution within this set of posts as it looks like similar issues have been seen before.

Could be bad solder or contacts in the output port on the 3080, or perhaps the cable is flaky.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

Yes, I mean the port, and yes it can be fixed, but probably not something the average end user should try themselves. Technically it's a manufacturing defect anyway. If it's under warranty, RMA is probably the best. Otherwise I would find a qualified shop.

It would rather appear that the motherboard BIOS does not support the card fully, if at all. I've seen that before with a 1650 on a B450. Booted fine with its original GT1030, threw a VGA light with the 1650 several times and then finally shut down. I was just suggesting the port / cable as a possibility, because I'm  pretty sure that's what's causing my rig to have no video on startup occasionally.
