problematic HDR

D3LTA

everytime I enter a game (it happens mostly in fps shooters) my display randomly goes black switches off hdr and after a few seconds it turns black again and switches hdr on this happens multiple times after the other and its very annoying. I just built my new pc and at first I had some issues but they are now solved. I dont know if my earlier issues are relevant my issues were very long audio driver latency which was fixed by updating audio drivers, geforce experience was experiencing issues downloading latest drivers but reinstalling geforce experience fixed it and also rgb fusion 2.0 is not finding my graphics card. I would like to know if theres a solution to the HDR problem as it is quite annoying to deal with in the middle of a game.
