Pc making weird noise

So turned on my pc and it was making a weird buzzing noise

i checked if it was my power supply because the noise came from there
Since i had 2 power supplies on hand i tested both and they all made the same noise

I dont know what could be making that noise so if anyone know please let me know.

No its an air cooler but the noise didn’t come from there either

No the power suply is upside down

The question wasn't about the PSU fan but the cooler fan or case fans

That one sounds like theres something touching a fan, I didnt hear any coil whine there. the first link is totally coil whine.

Are the PSUs different models, and what model are they? Did you change the cables when swapping the PSU? Does CPU or GPU load make any difference for the noise?

The first one is corsair non modular the 2 sec one (that was in my pc) is a coller master semi modular and i used the cables that both came with

Update: I realised that maybe it was the powerbar that made the noise so i plugged my pc directly in the wall and now it makes no noise.
