Pc keeps freezing

I need help quickly because everytime I load up a multilayer game like gtav recroom and even fall guys my pc freeze's and then I have to hold down my off/on button to shut it down and then start it up again its got nothing to do with my specs I have an i5 10400f 3060ti and 16gb ram so does anyone know how to fix this?

You're missing a motherboard, PSU and storage. What's the brand and model of these parts?

It's an msi prebuild but my guess is a b660 the storage is an nvme ssd 512 gb and an external seagate hdd 6tb and I have a 450w psu it has been enough for me I have this pc about a year now
