This is good, When the 13th gen comes you can upgrade to it pretty easily. You can change the ssd to a 970 EVO cause it is the same price and it is faster. If you want you can go for a Corsair 4000D. It wont make much difference but it is some what better.

Can go for a Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQ 27.0" 2560x1440 165 Hz Monitor, because it has 165Hz and cost way less too.

Can go for a Asus PRIME B660-PLUS D4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard. It cost a lot less but gives the same performance

I'd recommend an NVME M.2 SSD instead of using the 2.5" SATA SSD as a boot drive. Use the SATA SSD as a game drive.

The rest of the build looks OK.

As for the gaming longevity, I have a Radeon 5700XT (roughly the 6600XT equivalent) and I game on a 1440p 144Hz.

That card was a 1440p 144Hz card in 2018-2020, in newer games it's a 1440p 60fps card or a 1080p 144fps.

The 6600 non-XT is even weaker.

But, Valorant and CS:GO are competitive shooters with really low requirements. If the mentioned games are most of what you do and will do, the system will run them fine for years to come.

Upgradability is good in the system. You can put a stronger CPU, a stronger GPU, more RAM, more storage...

Heres a better build for the price

Gpus are meant to be upgraded so longevity on those seems to not matter as much as cpus since atleast when new gen comes out you can upgrade to that or the next gen after that but cpu specifically for intel only lasts 2 gens so cpu being beefy is quite important for actual longevity

The build you have there is fine for longevity but beefier cpu and itll last alot longer like in the pcpp i made

Ram may also be a concern but if you need 32gb just buy 2 extra sticks later on as you wont be ocing anyways

I think 13th gen wont come with a ddr4 controller but could be wrong, if it does have a ddr4 imc then you can skimp out on the cpu, get a better gpu, and wait till next gen to jump to an i7

Why do you keep making new threads every time you update you parts list instead just continuing your existing thread? Pretty sure this is like the 8th thread of your build that I've seen.
